Is my garment made to order?
Yes. Every Saachi piece is made to order and crafted especially for you. This allows us to maintain the quality, detail, and finish we’re known for.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our current fulfilment timeline for online orders 20 to 25 days for orders within India (40–45 days for chikan pieces), and 30 to 35 days for international orders (50–55 days for chikan pieces). Each garment undergoes multiple hand processes, so we appreciate your patience while your piece is carefully made.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or size exchanges once an order has been placed.

Do you offer custom sizing or customisations?
Yes, we do offer custom sizing and select customisations. Please reach out to our team before placing your order so we can guide you on what’s possible and share the next steps.
What if I receive a damaged product or need alterations?
We do not offer alteration services at this time.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or something different from what you ordered, we will gladly arrange an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and share clear photographs of the concern so our team can review and support you promptly.
