Each garment is made to order, crafted especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or something different from what you ordered, we will happily arrange an exchange. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order and share clear photographs so we can help you promptly.

Cancellation & Refund
At Saachi, each garment is made to order, created especially for you. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been placed.
Every piece moves through multiple hand processes — from block printing and embroidery to careful stitching and finishing — so orders already in production cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Our current fulfilment timeline for online orders 20 to 25 days for orders within India (40–45 days for chikan pieces), and 30 to 35 days for international orders (50–55 days for chikan pieces). While we work with care to honour this window, slight delays may occasionally occur due to the nature of handcraft.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, war, or public health disruptions — timelines may extend. Your order will be dispatched once normal operations resume.
